Kevin Riegelsberger

President & CEO

Kevin has a 40-year track record of leading software companies to significant growth and profitability. Over the course of his career, he has been known as a strong hands-on leader, with effective operational skills and a style focused on results oriented performance. His ability to dive deep into the details to understand a business and its strategic levers is coupled with his experience building and managing strong, performing teams. His primary focus was on early stage companies’ growth to significant enterprises. He is a well-known and highly respected executive, both in the software industry, as well as with several Seattle and Silicon Valley Venture Capital firms. Currently retired from operational roles, he serves on a number of boards and enjoys mentoring early stage CEO’s.

Pascal has over 25 years experience with helping high growth tech companies reach their potential. He focuses on building & managing GTM growth via profitable operations that drive exceptional customer experience. He has a proven track record of managing sales and marketing teams at major tech companies such as Epicor, Sage and Avalara. Pascal is a board member, investor & technology executive with broad geographic experience, including North America and international markets like APAC, EMEA and LatAm.

Lauren Petter, CMO at ProjectManager

Lauren is a seasoned marketer and technologist with a special focus in software marketing & product strategy. Lauren has a passion for helping companies transform to product and marketing-led growth models. Prior to ProjectManager, Lauren led initiatives and teams at Avalara, Zillow and later founded her own marketing consulting firm focused on helping grow software startups.

Brandon Houk Head of Finance at ProjectManager

Brandon Houk

Head of Finance

Brandon has worked in business development and finance roles for over 16 years. Brandon’s experience in finance is diverse, ranging from financial budgeting and forecasting to front office initiatives to grow revenues, retain assets and reduce risk. He earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Washington, and prior to joining ProjectManager, served as a CFO for Wilbert Precast Inc. and a Senior Associate at J.P. Morgan for many years.

Ted Spence, Head of Engineering at ProjectManager

Ted Spence

Head of Engineering

Over a thirty-year career, Ted Spence has led development teams across a wide variety of startups, established businesses, and video game companies. A talented IT and engineering leader, he built renowned websites in the Web 1.0 era, designed Avalara’s automated returns filing business, and designed the AvaTax REST API. He has built successful engineering teams from the ground up at Lockstep (now Sage) and EEDAR (now NPD), and delivered world-class developer tools at Facebook. Ted teaches Data Analytics at Bellevue College and lives in West Seattle with his wife and daughter. You can find him biking to Alki beach whenever the clouds break.

Stephanie Ray

VP of Product

Stephanie leads the product team to deliver the best software for our global customer base. Stephanie has over 15 years experience leading innovative cross-platform content products, was the co-founder of two magazines and was on the launch team of several mobile app products. She is passionate about producing amazing content, driving product innovation, engaging audiences and discovering new ways people can work together. She is based in Austin, TX, where she lives with her husband, two kids, two cats, a bearded dragon and their very barky Corgi.

Sara McConnell

VP of People and Culture

Sara has served in the HR space for nearly 20 years. She has had the great opportunity to serve as a communication hub for C-suite leaders, staff, partners, and managers for several companies. Working in a people-centric field, it is so important to create space for each member of the team to be able to find the space they need to share, inquire, learn, innovate, and thrive. She finds that her greatest skill is building confidence in relationships with cross-functional partners. She also finds it incredibly important to allow her colleagues to know they have the time and the space to be a person, that your career doesn’t make up the sum of who you are as a person, and it should be additive to your life as a whole. Sara lives just outside of Austin, TX with her husband, sweet son, and 2 dog children.

Kathy Thal

Head of Customer Success

Kathy serves as Head of Customer Success, with over twenty years of experience working in customer service. Kathy specializes in a proactive approach to helping customers use products while increasing loyalty and retention. She started her career as an art teacher working with differently-abled children, and is a proponent for the acceptance and understanding of individuals with developmental and learning differences. Kathy is inspired daily by her husband and her 17-year-old daughter. In her free time, Kathy likes to read, draw, and seek treasures in vintage stores.

Tracy Jones, Director of Sales at ProjectManager

Tracy Jones

Director, Sales

Tracy serves as the Director, Sales, and has spent his entire 30 years of experience leading sales teams in the software and data industries, primarily with early stage and mid-market companies. Prior to joining ProjectManager, Tracy served as a Director of Sales with Avalara and as an Enterprise Team Leader with Dun & Bradstreet. Tracy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, where he also received a Mini-MBA.

Jesse is the Chief Financial Officer of Karori Capital, a private investment company. He has a passion for business strategy and has held executive roles in both established and early-stage companies where he was responsible for strategy development, financial management, and growth initiatives. Jesse began his career in investment banking where he worked for leading firms in Canada and the UK. He is currently based in Calgary, Canada.

Founder of Caniwi Capital

Troy Bowker is the founder and owner of Caniwi Capital, a large private investment group based in Wellington, New Zealand. Troy returned to New Zealand in 2009 to become a professional investor after 11 years in investment banking in New York and London. Troy was formerly Senior VP Financial Engineering of Lehman Brothers in Europe and the US, and later was the US Head of Asset Finance for HSBC Bank in New York. Troy’s investment business focusses on long lease inflation linked commercial property, and a variety of investments in medium size non-listed companies ranging from technology, agricultural and food production, to petroleum equipment. Troy also owns a 1250 acre sheep and beef farm on the western coastline of New Zealand’s North Island.

Entrepreneur and Investor

Webb Stevens is a software executive with extensive go-to-market, product and operational experience. Webb currently serves as an advisor and board member to multiple private software companies. He previously held various executive leadership positions at high growth SaaS companies such as Avalara and Qualtrics. During his operating career, Webb blended his background in venture capital investing, strategy and product to drive rapid topline growth and 10x returns to investors. He is a Finance and Business Honors graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Red McCombs School of Business. Webb started his career as a consultant with Deloitte and was a full-time investor with Summit Partners before moving into executive operating positions.

Paul is the Chief Operating Officer for Microsoft’s world-wide Public Sector business. Paul has enjoyed a successful career at Microsoft in various leadership roles based in New Zealand, France, Germany and the United States. Paul brings hands-on experience in emerging and developed markets, start-ups and mature organizations along with sales, marketing, people leadership, strategy development and operations expertise. Paul knows first hand how to scale businesses globally having been on leadership teams across Europe and Asia and for the last 5 years in roles with global responsibility across 100+ countries. Paul currently resides in Seattle, Washington.
